My client is a growing Telecoms company

Hey require a Customer Field Support Engineer to join an established operations team responsible for delivering excellent customer service to major GSM operators and distributors worldwide.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in a mobile telecoms environment within a service delivery capacity. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of GSM, preferably degree qualified and experience of similar roles within the IT/telecoms field.

Previous experience of GSM products is essential.
