We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Relations Team Leader with an innovative studio in the South East.
Key duties include:
To coach, review and monitor individual and team performances against set competencies/goals
To drive, motivate and inspire the Customer Relations team towards team targets
To provide support, coaching and training to Customer Relation team members in group and 1:1 environments
Inducting and supporting new Customer Relations Team members during their probation/trial periods
To run and provide feedback to trials
Develop and produce guidelines for in-house systems and procedures, including quality checks and sampling of work from the Customer Relations team
Identify, develop and maintain in-house training
Requirements:
Have excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to present ideas with clarity and in a persuasive, diplomatic and influential style
Ability to work independently to agreed time scales
Experience of managing teams & coaching individuals
Excellent IT skills, especially Excel
Also useful:
Degree education/or a equivalent qualification
Experience of implementing significant changes in working practice
A high level of general computer system literacy
An interest in computer games
