Our Client is the worlds leading producer of composite materials for the aerospace, automotive, rail, leisure and wind energy sectors. They currently have a vacancy for talented Customer Services Officer to:
- Manage customer accounts internally (up to $10 million p.a.)
- Progress queries through internal departments.
- Develop an understanding of customer's products and needs.
Bi-lingual in English and Dutch, German or Spanish you will already be working within a busy customer service role. You must be confident, have a comfortable telephone manner and work well in a team. You should be very organised and capable of working efficiently under pressure. Good written communication skills are also important. Ideally you should have experience of working with a technical product range within a complex multi-national organisation. Full training and support will be provided.
