Position: Service Sales Administrator

Location: Winnersh, England (ADIC UK office)

Defined responsibilities
·Updating the Oracle database (CRM)
·Liasing with Service Management to ensure installation co-ordination
·Processing the installation and maintenance purchase orders
·Registering the warranty Onsite Service Contracts
·Promoting and renewing Onsite Service Contracts
·Typing contract confirmations for the customers and the partners
·Updating Excel spreadsheets
·Ordering third party maintenance

Qualifications

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, Outlook.
·Experience of common office administrative duties.
