A global contact centre based in the heart of Newcastle, my client is currently looking for TEAM LEADERS with a good IT knowledge for a new project commencing in August. Your role will be to be the first point of call for the call agents, over seeing the day to day running of the team and providing a strong supervisiory and administrative role. The team you will be leading with be providing helpdesk style, telephone based IT support. Therefore, it would be necessary for you to have a sound IT knowledge (hardware and software) and any IT related qualifications (MCSE, MCP, degree etc) would be ideal but is not essential. Along with this you will have previous team leader experience preferably in a call centre/first line helpdesk environment.
