Our client are an expanding response handling and generation company based in Glasgow providing outsourced inbound and outbound call handling to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors. They are seeking an Inbound / Outbound Sales Advisor – Customer Services Advisor who is looking for a varied role within a busy office environment based in Glasgow City Centre.
The nature of the business means that employees need to be organised and able to multi-task since they will work across a number of different campaigns each day.
Your role as Inbound / Outbound Sales Advisor – Customer Services Advisor will involve the contacting of both individuals and businesses to promote the company's services, as well as the handling of inbound contact relating to client campaigns, whether this be by phone, fax, email or text messaging.
To join the team, natural communication skills and a calm and professional manner are essential. Familiarity with computers is key since keyboard and literacy skills are essential.
This is a varied role within an expanding company and real opportunities for progression exist for the right candidate. They offer city centre location and great incentives. Their opening hours are 08:30-20:30 weekdays and 9-6pm at weekends on fixed shifts.
