Do you have Customer Service skills? Are you confident on the telephone and dealing with customers?
This role would suit a bright, confident person who has excellent time management skills and able to prioritise workloads from a wide range of tasks in order to meet deadlines.
This is a great opportunity to join an expanding Customer Service team for a large, well known Internet business operating in the marine industry and based in Fareham, Hampshire. The role is a busy and exciting one, in a rapidly growing company dealing with a large and varied client base in a predominantly business to business environment.
The ideal applicant will have good working knowledge of MS Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook, with a good understanding of how databases and CRM tools work. Knowledge of HTML, Adobe Photoshop, would prove an advantage.
If you are a committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, you'd be right at home in this role. You'll enjoy a competitive salary, together with an individual bonus programme.
