They currently seek applications for the post of Customer Service Manager to join their successful team.
As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the field and office based service team that ensures that the company continues to meet the changing needs of its customers through proactive customer liaison. Through close management of your team you will ensure that debts are minimised, price increases to contracts are successfully negotiated and cancellations are kept to a minimum.
The successful applicant will have had experience of working within a business to business environment, have had experience of working with KPIs and possess good commercial acumen. Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and manage a team of people.
