We are looking to recruit for a Telesales Operations position for an International Mobile Operator. This role is based in Greenock, Glasgow.
You will be required to support the Head of Telesales in identifying ongoing issues within the call centre regarding operational inefficiences within Telesales. You will also be responsible for recruiting a permanent Operations Manager.
You will also work with the Head of Telesales and the sales management team to resolve conflicts and implement telesales processes in line with the other telesales departments.
It is an absolute must that you have at least 2 years experience in Telesales within a Call Centre environment, as well as expert knowledge using Microsoft Office.
You must also have the ability to drive an operation by influencing and communicating, leading by example and taking ownership of the day to day operation. Attention to detail and an ability to plan and organise a sales management team.
