We are looking to recruit a Learning Advisor - Customer Services, for an International Mobile Operator.
You will be required to provide professional learning support to the Contact Centres and the wider community ensuring ensuring requirements are planned and advice, guidance and support are provided for blended learning solutions that meet organisational and individual requirements.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years experience and Designing and Delivering Solutions to groups and individuals, sound understanding of learning principles, proven ability in producing promotional material and campaigns, experience of working as internal consultant, experience of dealing with self managed learning solutions, Training/Learning qualifications (certificate in Training practice, NVQ Level 4 Training), Project Management, IT/Business Systems Qualification, Web based and E-Learning design skills, experience of running virtual classrooms/synchronous learning.
The ideal candidate for this role will posses all the above skills and requirements and have a high standard of communication, with the ability to deliver complex messages to people at all levels.
