Account Manager required for a leading customer service and billing company. You will be the interface between the client and their customers via inbound and outbound calls. You will be involved in business to business calls to small business customers actively selling the client's products. Responsibilities will include achieving growth of each account in terms of volume shipped, processing customer orders and sales, providing information, as well as general queries. You should have excellent communication skills with some previous sales/customer service experience. You should be able to use Excel and Lotus Notes and have a determination to succeed.
