This leading international billing and customer service organisation requires customer service representatives for a number of roles. You will be taking incoming calls from customers relating to new business and existing issues. You should have previous telesales experience/customer service experience and be able to deal with customer requirements efficiently and effectively. You should have good I.T based skills, as well as being a good communicator as you will be dealing with queries via email and over the phone. A second language would also be beneficial but not essential for this role. We have a number of part-time and full-time customer service roles, so please email me your CV NOW.
