Bi-lingual Customer service representative required for a leading billing company. You will need to speak fluent German and English (Russian also considered) and will be responsible for supporting the interface between client and customers. You will need to log all incoming calls and deal with queries via email as well. You will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. You should have excellent communication and keyboard skills.
This is a permanent role but will be paying an hourly rate of £6.80 for the first 3 months and then this will increase to £7.50 thereafter. The working hours are 37.5 hrs Monday - Sunday 7am - 10pm (must be flexible).
