Our large client based in Newcastle are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep (German or Russian) to work flexible hours between 7am and 10pm. Your main responsibilities are to: Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, take ownership for all issues which can't be resolved on the phone with the customer. Inform Team Leader/Supervisor of any problems. Support the interfaces between client customer and various technical organisations by creating and managing a case for a technical problem with the client products raised by computer via phone call, email or fax. Full training will be provided but you must have GERMAN OR RUSSIAN as a language and FLUENT ENGLISH. The ability to work well under pressure is also a must and at least 1 years customer service experience.. Microsoft office, email and Internet are also required.
