Bi-lingual Customer Service representatives required for a nightshift at a leading billing and customer service company based in Newcastle. You will need to be fluent in English and one of the following languages - Italian, French, Spanish or German. You will be responsible for supporting clients and customers alike by creating and managing technical problems via phone, email and fax. You will need a strong communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft tools. These are permanent roles but will pay an hourly rate of £7.50.
