ITALIAN SPEAKING Administrator required for a leading billing and customer service company based in Newcastle. You will be responsible for producing and sending customer documentation, responding to customer emails, processing registrations and sending out contract paperwork via fax and email. You will also be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers who are experienced problems with their contracts. You should have experience with working within an administrative environment or a recent graduate. You will also need to speak fluent English for this role as well as having strong customer service skills. This is a permanent role but you will be paid an hourly rate of £6 per hour.
