Trilingual Remote Account Executive - (French, German, English) required for a leading billing and customer service company in Newcastle. You will be the first point of contact handling enquiries from cardholders regarding a wide range of areas from changing pin numbers to explaining verification processes. You main point of contact with users will be via email and so your I.T Keyboard and Outlook skills must be strong. There will be some contact via telephone, so you should have a good telephone manner and be strong in all of the above languages - French, German and English. You should be able to manage your time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
