Spanish Speaking Customer Service representative required for a leading billing and customer service organisation. This is a contract role for someone who has worked within a customer facing role previously. You will need to be able to speak fluent spanish as well as English and will be dealing with queries and solving client issues over the telephone and via fax/email. You should have good MS Office skills especially with outlook and word.
This role will involve working Friday and Saturday 2pm - 10pm and 3 full days in the week. Therefore it is important that you are flexible with regard to your working hours.
