Tri-lingual Customer Service Representative required for a high profile company. You will need to be able to speak fluent English, French and German in order to deal with a number of different user queries. This will be for the account query line that handles all billing queries, change of name/address, the issue of new accounts and other general business. There will be some telephone contact involved in this role but email and fax communication will also play a large part of this role. It would be beneficial to have some previous customer service experience although this client will accept candidates with minimal work experience e.g. recently graduated from university. You will need strong PC Skills.
