My client is looking for a strong Global Service Desk Manager to manage their UK-based service desk, as well as managing Regional Managers abroad. You should have strong skills in the following areas:
- Man-management.
- Telephony processes and technologies.
- Problem-solving.
- SLA monitoring.
- Client handling and communications.
- Ability to run service desk on local and global scale.
- Fluent spoken/written English.
- PC literate with good IT skills.
- Any experience with SAP would be a bonus.
- Ideally you will have worked in an IT consultancy environment.
