Marketing & Events Account Manager wanted, to work very closely for one key international client. We are a smallish integrated marketing agency, which is a laid back and amusing place to work (most of the time!).
Type of person who would find this agency a great place to work would be someone who is:
° confident enough to do the top-end work and knows their stuff;
° happy to do the less exciting stuff once in a while e.g. chasing up RSVPs, proof reading etc
° laid back enough to deal with sometimes difficult clients;
° enthusiastic enough to work longer than stated hours when needed;
° independent and experienced enough not to want too much guidance but gets a buzz from working with a team
° happy to turn their hand to other activities if there is an emergency
° down to earth enough to understand that everyone, however important (!) has to photocopy and make coffee on occasions
° driven by a personal desire to do an excellent job and loves a challenge
° experienced enough to just walk in and get on with the job
