Project Engineer
Vertase is a specialist remediation contractor looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Project Engineer. With offices in Bristol & Sheffield, we work on projects all over the UK.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated candidate with both practical and technical experience in contaminated land and groundwater remediation to join their Sheffield office. He / she will be required to assist project managers in the design and implementation of remediation schemes both traditional and technical.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real experience in the application of remediation techniques and for career progression within a dynamic and progressive remediation contractor.

Skills	The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good technical knowledge of remediation and be capable of working on their own initiative. They will be qualified to degree level in an Earth science, chemistry or engineering subject. Applicants should have a good working knowledge of remediation techniques and / or general civil engineering. Site experience will be essential. The successful candidate will ideally have 3 to 5 years experience working for either a remediation contractor or consultant. The post will involve a mixture of both office and site work.
