Innovative and extremely dynamic Consultancy Group is looking to hire exceptional Java Developers/Technical Consultants. You will be working on some of the most cutting edge development projects currently being undertaken in the city. You will be tasked with working on-site at various Top-Tier Investment Banks (Front Office) and will be working directly with some of the worlds most profitable traders. The projects you will work on are seen by the business as extremely important and your development skills will help the business increase their profits still further. It is expected that you will have at least two years Java programming experience. Technically you will be tested and you must have excellent skills in: Java, J2EE, EJB, XML, Corba, Websphere, and WebLogic and have good experience with UNIX or NT. It is also paramount that you are SUN Certified Programmer. An ideal candidate will have acquired at least two years working experience for either a financial services consultancy or a major Investment Bank. It is also very important that you have a consultative style approach are able to converse - and converse well - with Front Office Traders. It also goes without saying that our client is only interested in candidates who have a very strong academic background (including A-Levels).
