A major mobile operator requires a senior change manager to work within their channel retail sales area. The overall purpose of the role will be to manage change projects initiated by market drivers or the business which build new capabilities or improve exiting capabilities. As well as driving process improvement across the Sales Directorate demonstrating process management techniques. The job holder will be responsible to gain buy from business stakeholders for Process management concepts and methodologies in order to gain maximum impact. It is essential that you have a successful track record in large complex business wide process improvement projects. A detailed knowledge of retail sales processes and their key challenges is also a pre-requisite.
