My client is a construction development company based in Buckinghamshire that turns over approximately £10 million per annum, and employs around 60 people. They work in the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and London areas, doing high-class residential new-build and refurbishment. They currently require a Quantity Surveyor to join the company on a long-term basis, with a view to taking over the day to day operations of the company from the director.
