The business is a global market leader in the provision of trademarks watching services giving their clients a truly global risk management product that prevents competitors from infringing or copying their established trade marks anywhere in the world. A combination of specialist linguistic skills and developing technology provide a USP unrivalled in the market.
However in order to further develop their market share they recognise that the operational infrastructure of the business needs to be upgraded. They now wish to hire an Operations Manager to take responsibility for across the board implementation of change processes and procedures that will enhance client/revenue retention and the reset the quality bar in terms of service and delivery in line with their market leader status.
Candidates will be educated to degree standard with a least five years experience ideally in a global services environment. They will possess proven experience as change managers with 1st class man management, interpersonal and motivational skills plus be capable of operating as part of the business management team with bottom line responsibility. They will be highly motivated and success driven with the intellect, maturity and creativity necessary to make an immediate impact in this unique and highly challenging business culture.
