With continued growth and a plentiful supply of clients this multi-disciplined practice require Building professionals to drive their business forward. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to develop and lead condition survey workload. Based in the Thames Valley area, the successful candidate can expect to work throughout the UK on properties ranging from Domestic to Commercial. The role will include, team management, ensuring surveys are undertaken to a high standard, report writing and data analysis. Reporting via the Property Consultancy team, there is scope for work on a variety of interesting related projects including, amongst others, asset management and stock transfer. The ability to use spreadsheets, databases and data capture systems would be an advantage for this role. There is considerable scope for rapid progression to senior status according to performance and growth of the team.
