Our client provides integrated information and communication technology solutions and information management solutions to UK and International organisations.
We are searching for a bid assistant who is experienced in proposal writing to join an ambitious bid team. Day to day responsibilities will involve liaising with the sales team and relevant departments and assisting the bid manager in the writing/production of bids, tenders and bid templates. The ability to produce template documents for the business and produce technical/commercial bid text is required. A strong research background is required and the ability to work on your own initiative.
The ideal candidate will have two years experience in proposal writing ideally from an IT hardware/software/services background. Candidates will be commercially astute, proactive and communication driven and able to create accurate and innovative corporate responses to client tenders and proposals.
Excellent literacy and project management skills are essential.
