SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to manage the Customer Relationship surrounding Edge's solutions by overseeing the day – day operations of all functions. Customer and sponsor satisfaction, achievement of targets and successful implementation of events will be the measures of success for this role.
The Role
You will be expected to deliver the outputs contractually agreed with the programme sponsors by planning, directing and controlling the management of all programme logistics. Responsible for the development of the client relationship you will be expected to manage client and participant expectations, deliver to the service level agreements established and pro-actively manage each account.
