Leading global call center require an experienced reporting analyst for the responsibility of the daily production of reports, special report inquiries and related distribution. The position exists to fulfill contractual reporting obligations to the client and provide management with operational reports. The role will involve providing consultation to account management on reporting needs, trend analysis and report improvement opportunities. Coupled with the previous, you must have the ability to develop new reports/graphs, production schedules and additions/deletions from the existing reports. The ideal candidate will have report generation experience coupled with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software. You must also have the ability to deal with all levels of management, with strong project and time management skills.
