A large regional Residential Developer requires an Assistant Site Manager located in central Wiltshire for developments located around the Swindon and Newbury areas. Reporting to the Development Site Manager, you will be responsible for all sub-contract supervision to ensure homes are being developed to a high quality, taking properties through to completion and hand over and customer care.
