Based in Southern Ireland Our Client requires an experienced Construction Industry Office Administrator with a good knowledge of the construction/concreting industry or similar.
Fluent in the understanding and knowledge of office practises within a very busy and time critical environment, you will be responsible for ensuring all relevant information is processed correctly, you will be IT literate in the use of Windows 9x, and/or other recent Windows packages. You will be familiar with invoicing procedures and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. Being conscientious, diligent and with an eye for detail you will be a part of a new and progressive team within this new and vibrant company.
This position will commence Dec 2003 or Jan 2004.
