My Client, a leading Property & Construction Consultancy, is seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding and thriving team in Leeds.
Ideally you should have some experience within Quantity Surveying within another PQS or Main Contractor. This role will involve – preparing budget estimates / cost plans, tendering documents, interim valuations, take-offs, cost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of Contractor’s claims, and effective variation control.
The benefits package for the successful applicant is flexible but will consist of a generous basic salary + car/car allowance, 22 days holiday, salary review and bonus twice a year (not guaranteed), group permanent sickness and free snack lunches.
It is essential for this role that you hold a UK driving licence.
