Our client is urgently seeking a Contracts Manager to join a small, highly motivated team carrying out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment projects up to £250k. This particularly varied and interesting role is based wholly on site at Gatwick Airport and therefore involves very little travel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong construction industry background with broad experience of all aspects of commercial maintenance and refurbishment projects. Particularly important is the ability to manage day to day operations, produce contract documentation and to lead & motivate both direct employees and sub-contractors.

Salary commensurate with experience.
