A successful and growing Interior Fit Out and Refurbishment Contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to take control of the new region of Birmingham. The company is based in the Southeast and due to planned expansion is opening a new office in the West Midlands. The company specialises as a Sub Contractor within the Design and Build environment. As the initial and managing member of the regional team you will be responsible for full control and report directly to the National Operations Manager. You will You will be an experienced Contracts Manager from a Site or Commercial background. Regional or Office start up experience is a great advantage but not a pre requisite.
