As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial management of mechanical and electrical services for the contract / contracts in conjunction with the Contract/Project Engineers. Activities will include setting contract documentation, preparing post contract enquiries, financial and contractual control of Sub-Contractors accounts, preparing and agreeing schedules, assessment of contract variations and liaising with the client, main contractors and other departments. In addition, the jobholder will issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims. The Successful candidate will be have an ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or Quantity Surveying combined with at least 5 years experience within the M&E industry and a minimum of 3 years surveying experience.
