Quantity Surveyor - Highrise - Cardiff

My client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on high rise residential buildings from Swansea to Cardiff.

My client have increased in size dramatically over the last 2 years going from a turnover of £30m to £60m, it is due to this doubling in size that they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

•Provide taking off and bill of quantities preparation.
•Preparation of interim applications.
