Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - £10m mixed use building - Cardiff

My client are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their already successful building team based out of Cardiff. The successful candidate will start work on a £10m mixed use building (residential and retail). The work is predominantly on the JCT contract form. They have a long history of work in Cardiff and already have an order book in the area that is full up for the next 18months so there is an excel
