Due to a rapid increase in the project portfolio they are seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to manage the existing project team based in Derby

The role
The role is to manage the commercial aspects of a £10m office block design and build scheme in Cardiff.

The role would be site based but would involve travel to head office at least once a month.
