You will start working on a commercial design & build project valued at around £10m. They have an office in Cardiff and have several other projects that are scheduled to start later on in 2007 and early 2008, so there will be plenty of work for you once the project finishes.

•You must have a contractor background
•An excellent knowledge of the JCT contract form is important
