Our client is a successful cladding, facades and steel frame contractor based in Warwickshire. Their projects cover most of the UK and range from £10,000 to £5m in value.
They are now seeking an additional Quantity Surveyor due to an increased workload and the successful applicant will have between 2 and 5 years experience in a similar or related field. Direct experience of working with cladding, steel frames or external envelopes in general would be a great advantage.
You will be reporting to and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor within this "Investors in People" company and there will be real opportunities for extra training and development to help you climb your career ladder.
Aswell as a generous basic salary in the £25-30k region you will be given a quality company car, mobile phone, bonus, pension and health insurance.
