They are now seeking to appoint a senior individual to join this successful office in Cardiff. The role will require the provision of investment agency services to a range of clients, carrying out transactions and disposals business within the regional commercial investment market. Assist clients in the due diligence process, provide full investment appraisal reports and identify opportunities to develop business across the range of the company's client services. The successful candidate is likely to have no less than 5 years pqe within the UK commercial market, be highly motivated and a successful business developer from a consultancy background.
Highly competitive salary dependant upon experience.
