Our Client based in Colwyn Bay, North Wales are currently seeking a Technical Officer to join their team initially on a temporary basis.
Duties will include visiting clients homes to provide relevant technical advice, assisting customers to make choices about repairs and adaptations to their homes. Liasion with external and internal bodies.

All applicants must be qualified to HNC Business Studies or equivalent plus two year's post-qualification experience. Knowledge of planning, building construction defects and contract legislation.
