Our client is a leading Construction Consultancy. They have offices Nationwide, with this position being based in its Cardiff offices.
The vacancy is for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, who will often be working on projects valuing upwards of £50m. Working on your own initiative, with the aid of an assistant, you will report to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Directors who will be responsible for your development.
This is a chance for a good Assistant Quantity Surveyor undertaking their APC, or a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to progress their career within a large construction consultancy. The remuneration package will reflect the career level of the successful applicant. The role will see the successful quantity surveyor quickly running their own projects and possibly acting as Employers agent.
This client prides itself on the fact that the only restriction to your career advancement is the one you place on yourself. The client is proud of the fact that many of their Directors did not join the firm as associates or directors but have progressed into these roles from the bottom up.
