Our Client a leading National Retail Leisure operator currently have an immediate requirement for a Regional Estates Executive. With this position is given great autonomy to carry out a variety of tasks.
You will be fully responsible for ensuring that the pubs physical structure and space are developed to fully maximise the potential of the site, delivering the regional development plan, to lead design and development in accordance with agreed retail objectives and business brief, to obtain competitive prices and appoint competent contractor. Collection of retailer contributions, to ensure PPC legal and statutory compliance in all aspects of development, to lead post development review, completion of snagging and defects period and to quantify retailer satisfaction taking remedial action if required.
You will possess 5 years experience as a senior designer in a commercial design studio, 2 years property development project management experience with full responsibility for projects, 2 years experience of managing several projects simultaneously
Degree qualified in either interior design or architecture, Understanding of fundamental building knowledge, Able to visualise 3D plans and colour boards,
Full driving license is essential in this position.
Locations North Wales Region
Salary to 45,000 Fully expensed car additional benefits
