Our client is one of the UK?s leading independent town planning consultancies with a Network of offices throughout the UK Due to increased work load they currently require a number of Town Planners across the UK. You will take considerable responsibility for coordinating multi disciplinary teams working with leading retailers developers and investment institutions possibly as well as local planning authorities. You will be degree educates with strong A Level results and if not already chartered MRTPI and/or MRICS in planning and development you will be well on your way - ideally with consultancy experience. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication written and analytical skills and have the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have experience in town centre development and different types of retail development. You will have a thorough understanding of retail policy issues and quantitative analyses. You will have an opportunity to work for major clients such as major food store operators comparison goods retailers and leading retail developers.
