A Residential Developer specialising in luxury, bespoke properties, requires an Assistant Site Manager for a development in North Birmingham. Ideally from a trades background and with at least 2 years supervisory experience either in a similar role or as a finishing foreman / working foreman, you will be reporting to the Site Manager. You will be responsible for the quality of sub-contractors work carried out, materials and taking properties from 1st fix through to completion, and handover. Excellent communications skills are essential as customer care plays an integral part to this role.
