We are seeking a stand alone Site Manager who is capable of carrying out a construction management role on steel framed projects up to £2m in value.
Our client is based in Cardiff / Bristol and has a solid local reputation for delivering high quality, steel-framed office buildings on a construction management basis.
You will be responsible for managing all associated subconctractors, being the first point of contact for all site issues including Health & Safety, First Aid, Design and Program. You will need to have at least a basic knowledge of setting out in order to maintain levels and check subcontractors work.
This position offers excellent career development in a growing and stable company. You will either be from a trades or academic background and must be a good man manager with relevant certification such as CSCS card and CITB.
