Tax free with Car and housing allowance

Our Client has an immediate requirement for 2 x Contract Administrators to work on some of the the biggest projects happening in Dubai,operating within the Contracts Administration Department you will be responsible for reviewing and to verify all contract documentation between the companies and any other party, including subcontract agreements, purchase orders, joint venture agreements, MOUs etc. Prepare of extension of time claims (including costs) for the companies. Produce in-house contracts documents for projects and agreements for employment of outside subcontractors. Prepare interim valuations and final accounts, in conjunction with the site project managers and engineers. Check and process subcontractor's payment certificates, and certify correctness of in-house payment applications. Monitor and agree subcontractor's variations and claims (extension of time/loss and expense recovery) assessments. In consultation with the companies' construction managers prepare responses to contractual correspondence received from third parties
You will be degree educated in Quantity Surveying from an accredited university, with at least 3 years post-grad experience working with a contractor or a consultancy, experience in the Gulf Region is desirable although not a pre-requisite, Experience with ICE/FIDIC forms of contract and subcontract, Experience with dealing with contractual matters at a site and executive level. Experience in high spec fit out would also prove advantageous.
This is a single status job and you will be rewarded with a Tax Free sum with a housing allowance and car allowance, immediate interviews and start will be before 30th June 2004.
