We are recruiting on behalf of a UK Top 20 Contractor who specialise in fit-outs and refurbishments for retail clients, airport based clients and commercial clients. They are seeking experienced Site Managers / Project Managers / Construction Managers to act as number one’s or number two’s on a wide range of high-spec fit-outs and refurbishments ranging in value from £100,000 up to £20m.
Covering the majority of the UK from their South East Head Office, this company are very well established and are set to continue expanding well into the future. They have an unrivalled reputation for quality and first class service and they pride themselves on their commitment to their clients and their ability to deliver fast-track projects that exceed all expectations in terms of cost, quality and safety standards.
You will ideally be working for one of the following at present:
A company with a large portfolio of retail projects
A fast-track fit-out company
A building contractor working on fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects
A project management company specialising in fit-out
A subcontractor such as suspended ceilings, partitions etc
This vacancy represents an excellent opportunity to get into an exciting and dynamic company where you will be working with some of the most talented individuals in the industry on high profile projects throughout London & the South East. We would be especially keen to hear from people with Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Safeway or Asda experience.
